AI Tile work has begun on the surround for Joy's soaking tub.
The backsplash tile for the laundry room has been installed.

Lots of light fixtures have been going up. This is one of two ceiling fans in the lounge. Fans have also been installed in Jake's room and the living room, and the light fixtures in the kids' bathrooms are in as well. Trim kits have been installed for many of the recessed can lights. I don't know how many of them there are, but they seem to be everywhere.
